My anecdotal evidence is that my wife has legendary staff; I will get my legendary staff in the next lockout and both of us have the pureblood Firehawk and we've seen it dropped several times although neither of us have the other drop from alysrazor. The amount was only 100% drop when the content was current now it's 1% ... WebWoWhead says 1.7%. I about on 50 kills. No mount yet. Probably 1%, I had to run it a lot to get it, luckily I was running all CATA raids weekly across multiple characters because it was a decent source of gold in WoD. Got it ok first try.
