WebGotham Knights is a DX12 game. You cannot force it to run DX11, because that's an entirely different renderer system. For one thing, the game has a ray tracing option, which ONLY works in DX12, so it's impossible to force DX11, unless the game has an entire DX11 build that disables ray tracing and the likes.
