WebGinkgo Foundation, founded on July 20th in 2015, is a private foundation registered with the Ministry of Civil Affairs of Beijing. It was founded by Ginkgo Fellows, Narada Foundation, Zhejiang Dunhe Foundation, XinHe Foundation (formerly XinPing Foundation), and NPO Research Center in Renmin University of China.
