For the case of tutorial chest, u need to use antivenom on it on if you managed to loot an antivenom during the run. highly recommended to read up on the curio guide on steam. WebYou can use antivenoms on Heirloom chests to make them safe to open. Yeah, this is an option. Though the wiki, come on! I don't know if you can tell the difference. One can be opened with antivenom, and the other can't. Loot seems to be the same as with a key. At least, three somethings.
