(1) A mixed acid of H 2 SO 4 /HNO 3 at a volume ratio of 3:1 at 60 °C for 2 h was used to oxidize untreated CFs, and then functional groups (such as –COOH, –OH, and –C O) can be introduced onto CFs surface.
