Jul 5, 2016 · WebI searched and saw some suggestions saying to reset it by holding down the multi-function button for 10 seconds until the lights flash, or to do a factory reset by holding down power for 10 seconds. Did all of that, still not charging. I saw a suggestion saying it could be the charger, or the cable, or even a broken charging port on the speaker.
